Students at Saint Basil Academy can enroll in Advanced Placement (AP) courses sponsored by the Collegeboard. Students enrolled in AP courses take a Collegeboard written exam in May. Students who earn a score of 3 or higher on the exams may earn college credit. Students should check with the individual colleges and universities to see what the specific schools will accept.

Students must meet all prerequisites to enroll in an AP course. See the Program of Study booklet for detailed prerequisite information. All students who are enrolled in an AP course at SBA are required to take the AP exam scheduled in May to fulfill the requirements of the AP course, as stated in the Program of Study.

The fee for each AP exam is $94 and due by October 31, 2018. Please make checks payable to Saint Basil Academy. Credit Card payment is available online as well.

If you have any questions and/or concerns about the Advanced Placement program, please contact Mrs. Linda Smith, AP Coordinator or visit .

We believe in challenging students to form personal moral values based on Christian teaching, thus deepening the students’ understanding of Christ and their call to faith in Him.
