Saint Basil softballs walks-off against Little Flower

Congratulations to the softball team on the 8-7 win over Little Flower! Down to her last strike, Kendall Szor ripped a walk-off single that brought home two runs Wednesday to lift the Saint Basil softball team over Little Flower, 8-7. Maria Storck added two hits for the Panthers.

Indoor Track Success!

Last weekend the Saint Basil Academy indoor track team traveled to the New Balance National Track Championship in New York City.   The team was outstanding!  Medals were won by Tia Taylor, Alina La Forest , Sasha Lee and Taylor Thomas.  Congratulations!

District 1 Champions!

Congratulations to Saint Basil Academy basketball, District 1 Champions! Saint Basil Academy defeated New Hope High School, 63- 37. The team now moves on to the state playoffs!

AACA Champions

Congratulations to the Basketball team!  Their 43-37 win over Villa Maria awarded them their third straight AACA title!

Cheerleading

Congratulations to Saint Basil Academy Cheerleading, who just returned from the Nationals Competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Arena in Florida! Our team competed with cheerleaders from across the country always showing the true spirit of Basils in all of their performances.

Track: Tia Taylor

Tia Taylor has been invited to compete at the 112th NYRR Millrose Games on February 9 at The Armory in New York City.   The meet will be broadcast live on NBC. This is a special honor for Tia to be invited, as well as to compete at one of the country’s most prestigious indoor track and field meets. Professional athletes,  as well as some of the best high school athletes on the east coast will be in attendance.  Congratulations, Tia!

Basil Basketball

Saint Basil Academy basketball clinched first place in the Catholic Academies with a 51-29 triumph over Merion Mercy on Thursday. The Panthers are now 19-0 overall and 12-0 in the league play, and have one league game left next Tuesday at Gwynedd-Mercy. Congratulations, Team!!
