Bus Information for Exam Week
Attention Parents and Students – Bus Information for Exam Week
Please note your daughter’s bus schedule for Exam Week, June 3- June 6. We will have early dismissal (12:00 PM) on these days due to exams. (excluding June 4 as school is closed on that day). Buses will be here to pick up students at noon. However, please note that some bus districts have different pick up schedules for this week. Please plan accordingly.
Abington: Morning drop off only all days. Please make other arrangements for dismissal.
Centennial: Morning drop off only all days. Please make other arrangements for dismissal.
Cheltenham: Morning drop off and noon pick up all days.
Colonial: Morning drop off only. Please make other arrangements for dismissal.
Hatboro/Horsham: Morning drop off only all days. Please make other arrangements for dismissal.
Lower Moreland: Morning drop off and noon pick up all days.
Neshaminy: Morning drop off only all days. Please make other arrangements for dismissal.
Springfield: June 3 and June 5: morning drop off and noon pick up.

Senior Exams
Senior exams will take place onTuesday, May 28 and Wednesday, May 29. Please view the schedule below.
Mid Term Exam Schedule
Mid term exams will take place Monday, January 14 – Thursday, January 17. Attached are the exam schedules. A few key points:
- Students need only come in for the exams for which they are scheduled. They will be able to leave after their particular exams are finished. Please ensure that students are on time for exams.
- Dress code: regular school uniform. That includes school sweater or quarter-zip if one gets cold – no other sweatshirts or jackets in class.
- Please check your transportation information. It is shared in this e-mail and on the main bulletin board in school. Students should come to the office for any transportation clarification.
- Students: Remember to bring your calculators if they are allowed for your math or science exam.
Students should stop by the office as soon as possible with any questions about their exam schedule. We will not have classes on Friday, January 18.
Freshmen Orientation
Freshmen Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 30 from 9am until 3pm. Students may dress casually. The schedule for the day is listed below.
Freshman Orientation Schedule
9:00am – 9:30am – Welcoming address in auditorium
9:30am – 10:30am – Student Council run activities
and freshmen receive their locker combinations
10:30am – 10:45am – Break
10:45am – 11:30am – Summer Reading Group Discussion***
11:30am – 12:00pm – Lunch
12:00pm – 1:55am – Freshmen run through their schedules
1:55pm – 3:00pm – Student ID pictures
and freshmen activity
***The summer assignment for freshmen English includes
reading: Leaving Time by Jodi Picoult and Turtles All The Way
Down by John Green.
Please make sure you daughter has read both books prior
to freshmen orientation.

Transportation Information for Early Dismissal May 25th
The following buses will provide service for morning drop off and pick up at noon on May 25:

The following buses will only drop off in the morning. Students must make other arrangements for noon dismissal.
Hatboro/ Horsham
Springfield
Septa Buses will not be here for noon dismissal. Students may get the bus in front of school on Fox Chase Road. You will need to check with Septa time schedules.
