Honors Spanish II

Students must have an A or A- average in Spanish I and the recommendation of the teacher, 1.0 credit

This course continues the development of proficiency in the basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The foundation of vocabulary and grammar of the Spanish I course is built upon and the study of Hispanic culture is continued. The content is similar to that of the regular Spanish II course, but the pace is accelerated, the expectation of classroom participation is higher, the evaluation of all skills, including oral proficiency, is stricter. Supplementary materials are added.
